(1)   The Questionnaire’s PDF - please fill out the questionnaires and make any notes or questions you may have so that I can address them all at our meeting,

(3)   The Listing Docs PDF is a copy of all the Documents that we will need to review and approve, again by reading these over we will be able to save some of your time.

(4)   I have been in Real Estate for a long time and the number 1 complaint is that the agent never communicates with the Seller.  To avoid this problem in the fourth attachment I have put together a communicate plan which lets you the seller know what is taking place on the sale of your house. It also lets me know how, and how often you want us to communicate with you.
